My Review:

I’m not wild about the design on the front, but it’s a nice change from the normal run-of-the-mill journals we see so often. There’s a matching A6 version (which is really pocket-size since it’s smaller than A6), so if you are looking for a two-journal set-up, this would be a great option. I love that this journal has 240 pages, making it one of the few journals with such a substantial page count. It’s difficult to get so many pages in a journal when you also have 100gsm paper (thinner paper can easily fit more pages). Because of the thick paper and high page count, this book is substantial – it’s got a hefty thickness to it.

The pages are not numbers, but that allows room for the dots to go all the way to the bottom and edge of the page. Comparing to other journals, the dots here seem smaller than usual. Still visible, but lighter and smaller so they will disappear into the page once you add drawing and writing on top of them.

When opening the book you jump straight into the dotted pages after the endpapers. No owners page or index pages – but those are easily created to your customized look if you require them. With two bookmarks and a handy back pocket, this journal has everything you need for the perfect bullet journal notebook.

Overall, I like this journal. I don’t love the cover, but it might grow on me. I don’t really like the brand name (probably because I’m not sure how to pronounce it) but I can’t judge a book by its title, right?
