You’ll receive Daily Journaling Prompts in your inbox every day for 30 days. The new challenge begins on the 1st of the month but sign up anytime to be included.
Each day I provide a new prompt based on the monthly theme. It will guide you in your journaling session and help you get words on the page. I have been strategic with the order of these prompts so they will guide you through a variety of different journaling styles and depths. Some will be hard and require introspection. Some will be fun and give you a chance to explore your silly side.
I hope the prompts I’ve prepared for you will give you a taste of how fulfilling journaling can be. However, if the prompt for the day just doesn’t speak to you or if you’ve got something else pressing to write about… by all means, do what is right for you.
